The Mask Policy
Dark Comedy / Performance Documentation / 2025,11

About
The Mask Policy is a dark comedy about ambition, fear, and survival in the workplace. Set inside a London adult film company, the play follows newcomer Jade as she enters a professional environment shaped by hidden hierarchies, calculated behaviour, and shifting identities.
Using workplace satire and physical comedy, the production explores the “masks” people adopt in order to fit in, protect themselves, and succeed, asking where professional performance ends and the authentic self begins.

Photography & Film Documentation
I worked across the production’s photography and moving-image documentation, serving as Production Photographer, Documentary Filmmaker, and Performance Videographer.
My work focused on translating the live production into still and moving images, documenting both its theatrical atmosphere and visual language. Through production photography, documentary filmmaking, and performance videography, I created visual material that extended the life of the work beyond the stage and supported its public presentation and archival record.
